1. Agreement Parties and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you as the guest (“Guest”, “you”, “your”) and STAY BNB VACATION HOMES RENTAL LLC, operating under the brand name NOBELEON (“Company”, “we”, “us”), for short-term rental accommodations in the United Arab Emirates. A binding agreement is formed when you complete a booking through our Hostaway direct booking platform and receive written confirmation from us. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking becomes binding after full payment and written confirmation. Prices include base rate, Tourism Dirham Fee, service fee, VAT, cleaning fee, and a refundable security deposit. Payment accepted via major credit cards in AED.

4. Cancellation Policy

no refund.

5. Guest Registration and Compliance

Guests must provide ID before check-in. Required data is submitted to DET, ICA, GDRFA, and police if needed.

6. House Rules and Code of Conduct

Parties, smoking, excess guests, and violations of UAE laws are prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

7. Liability and Damages

Guests are liable for damages. Lost keys incur a fee. Personal items are not covered.

8. Check-In / Check-Out Procedures

Standard check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. Early or late requests may incur AED 100–200.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseeable events, the Company may cancel or alter bookings.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by UAE law. Disputes subject to Dubai court jurisdiction.
